INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
I developed a communications strategy and plan to help HR improve employee engagement, recruitment and retention by engaging Medidatians globally. The focus was on diverse feature stories that raised their profile and amplified individual voices across the company. These are their their unique career journeys at Medidata, which we also posted on our social media channels to showcase our great place to work and recruit new employees.

Meet Iman A., a native of Nigeria and a data science senior business analyst for Medidata AI in New York City. Iman just celebrated ten years in the U.S. in August from her native Nigeria.
